OptiMums - Postnatal Wellness for all New Mums

A FREE information morning for New Mums hosted by Strive Clinic. Babies welcome too!!

We will talk about some of the physical and emotional issues that can arise for us as new mothers. Whether these are physical issues, such as bladder leakage, a feeling of something falling down underneath, painful sex, weak separated abdominal muscles or back pain (to name but a few!) these will occur alongside (and will often exacerbate the feelings of) exhaustion, fear, worry and a sense of vulnerability.

At Strive Clinic, we believe that our physical and mental health cannot be separated. Whether you are ‘symptomatic’ or not, we want to work with you to maximise your physical and psychological potential as a new mother.

An introduction to our new OptiMums programme will also be given and there will be lots of time for audience discussion!
